There are two floodlit jogging trails in Båstads municipality, in Bastad and the Förslöv.
To find the Båstads jogging trail run Havsbad road past the moth bath and down to the parking lot at the beach. Exercise trail is located about 100 m into the forest moth.
To find the Förslövs jogging track puts the Sports Hall in Förslöv at school and the loop begins behind the hall.
