Backebo is located in a very scenic area with hiking trails and nature reserves in the knots. The view is magnificent over Skälderviken and Kullen. It is close to the sea baths both Söderut in Skälderviken (Segelsstorpsstrand (13min)) and Norrut in Laholmsbukten. Båstad (15min) and Ängelholm (25min) Ängelholm Airport (20min) Torekov (25min). Backebo has no neighbors, the nearest house is a farm (about 100m). 600m away is Hålehallsstugan (Friluftsfrämjandet) with a number of different colored loops to walk.
